Directions:

食用方法：
1.將一包本草飲，加入300cc的水，沸水煮滾約5分鐘後，即可食用
2.將一包本草飲，放在保溫瓶，加入300cc的沸水沖泡，燜15-20分鐘後即可飲用。
草飲包可再回煮或回沖；依個人喜好，可加入糖調整甜度。

Directions:

1. Add 300cc water to a bag of herbal tea, boil for about 5 minutes, then serve

2. Put a bag of herbal tea in a thermos cup, add 300cc of boiling water to brew, and stew for 15-20 minutes before serving.

The herbal tea bag can be re-boiled or brewed again; Sugar can be added to adjust the sweetness according to personal preference.
