Suggested use: Take one or two sticks daily, before or after meal. Can be taken as is or with water. Do not take more than 4 sticks a day.
食用方法：直接倒入口中，可搭配溫開水食用，飯前飯後皆可。每日食用 1-2 包，每日請勿超過 4 包，多食無益。
