Golden Buckwheat Tea - 黃金蕎麥茶

Directions:
Add 6g of buckwheat tea to a tea infuser, place the tea infuser inside a teapot or mug, and pour boiling water over the tea infuser. Steep for one minute and enjoy.
食用方法：單獨沖泡飲用，每次使用量大約 6 公克，可裝在濾袋或濾杯中，加入沸騰的熱水，浸泡約 1 分鐘後即可飲用，可回沖數次。亦可加入茶葉中沖泡(冷或熱皆可)，或可依個人喜好比例添加烹煮飯或粥。
